Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors:

If you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return or exchange process, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) along with your order number to support@warriorgirlgifts.com. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged products or manufacturing errors.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

Refunds and Exchanges Process:

  • Upon approval of your return or exchange request, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
